Gravatar – Get Globally Recognized with Your Globally Recognized Avatar

A gravatar is a “globally recognized avatar.” It is the little icon that follows you from site to site and appears next to your name when you comment on blog posts, forums, etc. When you register at www.gravatar.com, your icon will show up automatically everywhere that gravatars are recognized (which is just about everywhere!)

Your globally recognized avatar is linked to your email address. Each email address can have a unique icon – or you can register the same icon (image) for all of your email addresses.

Your gravatar image can be just about anything you want. It will end up as a small square, 80 x 80 pixels. You can crop your image after you upload it.

I commented on this post so you could see my gravatar. I cropped it from my logo image.

Create your globally recognized avatar and get recognized globally!

Hello from Russia!
Can I quote a post “No teme” in your blog with the link to you?
